在 ComfyUI 把一張照片裡的人換成另一個人，有兩件常被混在一起的事：只換五官的「換臉」，以及連頭髮、臉型一起換掉的「換頭」。這篇把 12 種做法放進同一張工作流，用 6 個 AI 生成的虛構人物、24 張目標圖同圖實測。結論：換頭用 Qwen-Image-2.1 加 BFS LoRA 最穩；換臉用 InstantID 或 PuLID-Flux 加 FaceDetailer，但重繪幅度不能設太大，否則換上去的臉就像一張貼紙。
ComfyUIComfyUI 物件移除大評比：12 條路線同圖實測，從 LaMa、Flux Fill 到 Qwen-Image-2.1、Klein 9B
想把照片裡的路人、電線、浮水印拿掉，ComfyUI 裡至少有三種做法：傳統的擦除模型、畫好遮罩讓生圖模型補畫，以及直接用一句話叫編輯模型移除。這篇把 12 條路線放進同一張工作流，用 21 張測試圖同圖實測。結論很明確：只給一句移除指令的編輯模型全面勝出，Qwen-Image-2.1 加上官方 Prompt Enhancer 21 題成功 19 題；畫遮罩補畫的做法，最常見的失敗是在原處又畫出一個新東西。

上一篇驗證了 Qwen-Image-2.1 的官方宣稱，這篇把網路上整理出來的進階用法一一在自己的電腦上試：透明背景的貼紙直接改字改表情、把照片裡的人物去背成透明圖層、在圖上畫圈圈告訴它要改哪裡、用三張參考圖做角色設定圖與四格分鏡、六個人合照、十件家具擺成一間房，最後拿官方的 Prompt Enhancer 做 18 題對照，看它改寫過的 prompt 生出來的圖有沒有比較好。結論是透明貼紙編輯全部成功、畫圈圈沒有必要，用文字說清楚就夠、多張參考圖合成沒有再出現重複人物，而 Prompt Enhancer 18 題全部勝出，連人像也贏。
