Midnight Hospital: 2:47 is a time-loop horror spin-off of Midnight Hospital: The Lost Record. You wake at the nurse station at 2:47 AM. The second hand never moves. Every corridor leads one way — nurse station, pharmacy, laboratory, machine room, and back again. Push the front door and the hospital decays before your eyes.
Progress lives in your head, not an inventory: scenes reset every loop, but knowledge survives. Piece the patient ID together across loops — the cold-storage fridge only stands open on certain laps — trace it through the lab's barcode wall and the machine room's event log, and learn whose record you are holding. Then choose: write the name and let the clock reach 2:48, or feed the record to the shredder and stay.
Zero dependencies, three static files, runs from file://. The trailer and every corruption cinematic were produced with an AI keyframe-morph pipeline (GPT Image 2 keyframes + Kling first/last-frame interpolation), so each transition lands pixel-seamlessly on the scene art it grows out of.
Features
- One-Way Time Loop: The hospital circulates in a single direction; returning to the nurse station starts the next loop
- Knowledge-Driven Puzzles: A seven-link clue chain derived from visible data and verified by an independent test oracle — no answer tables, plus one decoy the event log can refute
- Corruption Cinematics: Each room's first fall into decay plays a clean-to-eerie AI morph that starts and ends exactly on the scene art
- Dynamic Synthesized Soundscape: A breathing drone that swells and recedes, held-breath silences broken by a single water drip, per-room registers, and a heartbeat that thickens loop by loop — all Web Audio, zero sound files
- Two Endings: Move the clock to 2:48, or let everything stay at 2:47 forever — the second ending quietly explains the first game
- Accessibility First: Native dialogs, ARIA live regions, reduced-motion fallbacks for every cinematic, forced-colors support
Controls
Click objects to investigate. One button walks you forward; the desk phone restarts the loop. Tab to move focus, Enter/Space to activate, Escape to close dialogs. Headphones and a dark room recommended.
